He never sent the item.
We sent several e-mails to him, which he did not respond to.
We finally posted negative feedback, which he then responded by posting
negative feedback
on us, claiming we never paid.

I have filed a claim with eBay’s
SafeHarbour on July 20, 2005. He has failed to respond to them either.
